Question about changing size of granite counter to

Dear Maurizio, Your Q&A website is great, but I don't have my e-mail set up
to contact you directly through it.  I have ubutuba coutner tops that I am
very happy with.  However, they were installed to fit my old refrigerator
and (http://maplered.com) I basically can't find a refrigerator now with those dimensions.  Can an
installer come in and (http://maplered.com) "shave" 3-4 inches off one end of the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com)
